The Serpe Insurance Agency was founded by Jim Serpe in 1975. It was immediately successful. Jim's background in marketing and insurance sales, while employed at CNA, enabled the agency to place large accounts in its first year of operation. Since its inception, the agency has continued to grow and prosper. 

Our producers and employees exhibit genuine concern for their clients. If an insurance agency is to be profitable, it has to retain business. This could only be done if customers are satisfied with pricing and service.

Our agency also does insurance consulting for its clients. The essence of insurance is "risk transfer." We try to help clients evaluate the cost of transferring risk or retaining it.

Business Servicing

The agency has invested heavily in automation. We have accounts that need certificates issued by the gross at a moments notice. Certificates are usually mailed or faxed on the day requested.

We also have a computer hookup to the Secretary of State's driving records. MVR's requested before 4:00 P.M. are usually in the agency by 10:00 A.M. the next morning. This is done at no cost to the insured.
